Personal Information Requests

Under POPIA, you may request access to personal information held about you, ask for correction or deletion where legally applicable, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the applicable legal basis.

Send requests to support@greeng.co.za with subject POPIA data subject request. Specify the records or processing concerned. We may verify your identity securely before disclosing or changing information. Some data must be retained for statutory, billing, fraud-prevention or other lawful reasons.

If dissatisfied, you may contact the Information Regulator.

Green G must confirm and publish the registered Information Officer's name and contact details, and ensure internal handling processes match this notice.
